A recent show topic was about a web application called Evernote. I personally have Evernote installed on all of my computers, my cell phone and my iTouch.
Just came across a article from the famous (former) Apple Person Guy Kawasaki.
Even if you use Evernote there are some good tips here. If you don't use Evernote give ti a try.

Evernote is great....I'm constantly cutting personal and professional things into it. I can't believe that something this good is FREE!!
