I provide a fortnightly travel article for my local newspaper (300 words is usually enough) in return for exposure of my business. I only write on places i have actually visited, and people are left with the perception of experience and first hand knowledge which is great in building up my home based business.
I also host a weekly travel radio show based on places i've been, general travel industry news and general information such as packaging, visas, travel insurance, destinations etc.... Your local talk back radio show is always looking for new material and may be interested in your area.
