Client database recommendations?

I started my home based business in January and am really enjoying building up my prospect list. Does anyone have any recommendations for databases to assist in managing travel contacts? Do you find the CRM's with the marketing features are worth using? Any other helpful suggestions on managing client lists?

This is a web based CRM and the best part it is FREE!  You do have the option to upgrade as you need additional services.  The list of features in the free version is impressive.
